GROUP COUNSELING

Boundaries
Join us for a 5-week group counseling experience based on Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. Together, we’ll explore how to set biblically based, healthy boundaries in your life—showing love to others without feeling guilty, hurtful, or mean.
This group is for anyone looking to strengthen their boundary skills in order to experience more peace, fulfillment, and joy in relationships. We’ll talk about when to say yes, how to say no, and how to take healthy control of your life in a way that aligns with your values and faith.
Whether boundaries are new to you or you’re looking to grow deeper in this area, you’ll find support, encouragement, and real-life tools in a safe, welcoming space.

Heritage Institute is partnering with The Trone Center for Mental Fitness at Furman University to offer a group counseling experience focused on stress management. This group is designed to help students identify sources of stress, learn healthy coping strategies, and build resilience in a safe, confidential environment.
Led by trained mental health professionals, each session offers practical tools and space for reflection, all within a small-group setting that encourages connection and support.
Space is limited to maintain an intimate and effective group experience — students are encouraged to register early. All sessions cover the same content, so participants should plan to attend only one.
