Heritage Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to quality mental health care and improving the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
Through our counseling services, we provide compassionate and affordable mental health support to those seeking care, including reduced-cost and no-cost services for individuals who may face barriers to accessing treatment.
Heritage Institute also supports the growth of the behavioral health workforce through supervised clinical training opportunities for graduate counseling students. By combining direct mental health services with high-quality clinical supervision, we help address the need for skilled mental health professionals in our communities.
Our mission is to strengthen mental health access, promote wellness, and improve lives through compassionate care, community partnerships, and the preparation of future clinicians.
Continuing Education for Therapists
We offer continuing education programs to the mental health professionals of Travelers Rest, Greenville, Clemson, and surrounding areas. Through training on the latest models and methods, we help therapists maintain sessions that are engaging and successful. We have set up our program to support interns and associates to be able to achieve both in school and within their site as they prepare to be fully licensed professionals. Support for Communities
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends into the communities we serve. We strive to make a positive impact on individuals, couples, families, as well as our communities at large. Heritage Institute offers therapy at highly affordable rates and is willing to work with your personal situation to ensure that you receive the care you need.
