At Heritage Institute, we recognize the critical need for affordable mental health services in South Carolina. To meet this need, we provide therapy sessions starting as low as $25 per session, ensuring access to high-quality counseling for the Upstate communities. Beyond therapy, we offer professional development opportunities, including internships, continuing education, and access to research resources for mental health professionals. With locations in Travelers Rest, Greenville, Clemson, and Columbia, we proudly serve and support a wide range of communities across the Upstate.

Since opening in 2020, Heritage Institute has supported over 800 individuals with reduced-cost counseling and has provided free sessions to more than 100 people. This effort underscores our commitment to making mental health services accessible and providing valuable support to those in need within our community.
