  • Ethan currently serves as the chairman of the Board of Directors for Heritage Institute. He and his wife Samara were happily married in 2018 and recently welcomed their daughter, Lucie, into the world in early 2024. Ethan currently serves as a Student Pastor in Newnan, GA, and is passionate about ministering to students and families in the discipleship journey. When he’s not working with students or changing diapers at home, Ethan enjoys perfecting BBQ recipes on his smoker, and the occasional PC game with friends.

  • LaTrese is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from North Greenville University and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse College. She has 10+ years of experience working with individuals with addictions, dissociative identity disorder (DID), and children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum. Her favorite scripture is Galatians 5:1. She enjoys spending time with her Grandson, traveling, and watching PBS Masterpiece Theater.

  • Taye is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor with experience in multiple mental health settings. She is an advocate for mental wellness within in marginalized communities and creating career opportunities for clinicians of color. She enjoys spending time with her family, planning, and is an enthusiast of unique coffees and Teas.

  • Mary Alice Bowers is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over three decades of experience at T & S Brass and Bronze Works, Inc., where she serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Known for her people-first approach, she has played a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies across the company's global operations, ensuring employee well-being through robust compensation, benefits programs, and organizational development initiatives. Recognized as the 2018 Human Resources Professional of the Year by Greenville SHRM, Mary Alice leads with a heart for service, within T & S Brass and in the broader community.

    Beyond the corporate realm, Mary Alice is committed to community service. She is an active member of the Greater Travelers Rest Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on various boards, including North Greenville University’s Christian Ministry Scholarship Fund and Greenville Technical College North West Campus advisory board. An advocate for local support systems, she serves on the advisory board for the North Greenville area Crisis Food Ministry. She serves with her husband Danny in the ministries of Marietta First Baptist Church where they teach adult bible studies and sing in the choir. They have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. Mary Alice is a novice birder and an enjoys paper crafting and card making in her limited spare time.
